This Edwardian style black hat is full of surprise’s ! It has a black velvet crown with the wide-brim covered in boa feathers. There’s a 18″ black plume to the side. A black tulle bow on the back. The surprise is in the decorations, you’ll find black roses and tiny birds resting in their nest, with a touch of snow. There’s a variety of sprigs and twigs in black.
