This wide brim hat is a original black velvet, made in Shelbyville, MO., by Mrs. N.L. Meredith, printed inside the crown. It’s a wonderful hat with a 26″ black plume and a cluster of feathers to the side. The velvet has some wear, here and there. If this hat could only talk !! ( Size 7 3/4 )
