Original black velvet hat with original drawstring lining. It’s 3 1/2″ brim, has been turned up slightly in the back and down one side. The front has 5 black velvet roses, and there’s a 1/2″ black velvet band. Besides this wonderful original hat itself, is the 24″ antique millinery “willow” plume. Very expensive and hard to find these days. (Size-7 3/8 or 23″ )
