This vintage navy blue straw hat is made of a very thin straw. It has a 4″ brim and a 1 1/2″ navy blue gros-grain band and bow in the back. One of each red, white & blue roses, rest among, white feathers that look like bursts of fireworks. Vintage small white flowers and small navy blue roses are thoughout. (Size-7 or 22″ )
