Black and white plaid fabric covers this top hat style, hat. It has a 5″ crown that has been pushed down abit to give it its look. The brim is 2 3/4″ wide and has matching edging. A 1 3/4″ black gros-grain ribbon band forms into a knot bow in the back. The hat is trimmed with 2 black roses sitting in the center of black and white poka-dot and black gros-grain ribbon loops . Sorry, to say there are a few dirty spots on the underside of the brim. They are not noticeable with the hat on. It is small,would be a great little girls hat, too. Maybe, for that Mother & Daughter Day ! (Size-Small or 21″ )
