This is a fabulous deep navy blue velvet riding hat. It is pleated velvet all the way around the edge of the hat. The crown is gathered, pleated velvet, with velvet leaf shapes thougthout and a no loop matching velvet bow on the top.The back has a navy blue tulle bow and 30″ tail, with a navy blue ribbon accent. There are two covered wire pieces inside to help hold the hat tilted towards the front of your head. (One size fits all )
